Middle schoolers outside of Long Beach must be part of a Middle School Delegation. Please do not register as an individual.

Delegations wishing to register BOTH high school and middle school delegates can register under "Middle and High School Delegation."
​
For High School/Middle School delegations, we ask that an advisor or head delegate register for their whole delegation.
This form is for LBUSD, IVA, and homeschooled Middle Schoolers ONLY.
